The first keynote confirmed for DrupalCon Sydney will be Dries Buytaert, founder of Drupal and CTO of Acquia.
Dries continues the tradition of delivering a 'Dries-note' at Australia's annual Drupal conference, having previously been a keynote speaker at Drupal Downunder in Melbourne in 2012 and Brisbane in 2011.
In addition to serving as the president of the Drupal Association, he is also the co-founder and CTO of Acquia, a company that offers hosting, technical support, and services for the Drupal platform, and the co-founder of Mollom, a web service that helps identify content quality and stop website spam.
